1. The province of Altavan is under a settler colonialist occupation by the regime in Dwilchhers for the past 28 years.
2. Negotiations and extreme modes of resistance have ended up fruitless and more lives have been lost. Peace is an imaginary concept to the younger generation.
3. The 'free world' has turned a blind eye to this particular issue. Some states even profit discreetly from the occupation.
4. The only way to end this conflict is for the free world to apply sanctions and cut off trade with the Dwilchhers unless they comply with basic international conventions.
5. Ereq Beetel, the former chief negotiator of Altavan Liberation Front (ALF) has decided to come up with a creative solution to end this oppression.
6. As Beetel, your task is to make a film, engage in a dialogue and pressurize the free world to open their eyes and act.
7. Your tools: A Sony Cybershot and an H4n zoom. Go…!
I've been working on this game for the past two months. The idea of this game is to get to know how well one understands politics, especially something profound like a military occupation. Personally I've never traveled to any place where there is a conflict, everything here stems from imagination and inspiration from other conflicts such as Israel - Palestine, Tibet and rebellions in South America.
The trailer of the game can be viewed here:
